i have been a tennant in my property for the last 3 years but last year my real estate agency started asking for a key so they can enter the property? Can you refuse them to have a key or is it even legal for them to demand that?

I filed for bankruptcy this year but my fiance has perfect credit. We want to buy a house in Aug 2008 we’ve lived together for 3 years and will be getting married in 2009. What is the best way to get a mortgage. Her salary is low 40′s and mine is low 30′s.

the property was originally bought as an investment and has been rented out since we bought it. The idea was to keep it for 3 years and reasess the situation then (until June 2009), but the other owner wants to sell the property now as he wants the money for another business investment. Can he force the sale?

3 years ago I rented an apartment with a roommate. I signed the first year lease but I didn’t sign the second two because I left after the first year. When I left i did a mistake not noticing the property manager. After that my roommate had forged my signature for the following two leasing contracts. Now he is nowhere to be found and has abandoned the apartment. The property manager is going after me.
I heard that even though I haven’t signed the lease after the first one year term they can still hold me onto not noticing before leaving.
Anyone has any idea what percentage of the damage am I facing as opposed to my roommate when I go to court?

They can be of the following, and if you know of other legitimate ways, please, mention them. These need to be all legitimate and free (where I wouldn’t pay for anything) where I can make good money at least $2000/month by not slaving like 80 hours/week. I’m willing to work around the usual 40 or even up to 50.

My girlfriend and I have lived in Ann Arbor for almost 3 years in apartment complexes. Our lease is up in July and we are looking into new places.

What are some resources (sites or places) to go to that will help guide us to some available houses to rent. We’re looking for small houses, duplexes, and condos. We dont want anything that requires us to pay the property taxes though. We are looking for anything around the $700 range. Any advice is appreciated!

Kinda long, but its interesting:

3 years ago, I met a guy in college. He had a gf, but he seemed nice and we became friends. I kinda had a lil crush on him, but never advanced or anything. We started studying and exchanged numbers strictly for school. We exchanged aim ids next, and started talking a lot more. Well, a few months went by and him and the gf break up.

A month passes, and things began to change. He started calling a lottt, texting maybe 60-70times a day, and we studied a lot more. He was way more flirty and teasing and we stayed up chatting until early hours in the morning. I started liking him a lot.

So we grew to be inseperable over the course of a 1 1/2 yrs. Talking, teasing, flirting, studying, out to lunch, going to concerts, on the phone til 3am etc. I thought he liked me a LOT. He even ALMOST kissed me once. Summer vacation comes and he visits back home a few states away, and him and a girl he has been friends with for 8 yrs start hanging out. He claims they’re just friends, and she also had a boyfriend. A month later, and she breaks it off with her bf. BAD NEWS! Well, they road trip back here, and lovey dovey pics are put up with a few cheap ones of her being felt up by my friend and a few other guys. I’m furious and demand an explanation when i get this lame “i love our friendship” line, but he ends saying him and that girl aren’t dating. To save my dignity I pretend i want the same.

So few months pass, and we are back to how we used to be. Mutual friends start to think we are together, though we weren’t. He visits back home one weekend, comes back dating that girl. I try not to talk to him, but he wouldn’t let that happen. He says how important i am and says he doesn’t wanna lose me blah blah. We stay friends, and he is back in his hometown now for good. He will be visiting perhaps in May. For 15days he didn’t contact me, and I decided not to contact him because I was the only one making an effort. He finally contacts me and he said how it felt great to talk to me and its been forever. The entire convo he was very pessimistic depressed sounding…& also a bit horn y lol. The other night he texted again and we texted from 11-2am. At the end, he asked if i was upset he hasnt contacted me, and said “please please forgive me”. Then again he was rude last night when I IMed him by not responding much, and today i find out he’s been with his gf. So what is the deal?? If I didn’t know he wasn’t, I would guess he’s bipolar lol
