Is it true that if your renting a aparentment and you buy a house during a lease they have to let you out it?
Say you signed a year lease with some apartments and in that time you bought a house and you still have 6 months left on the lease. Is there a law that they have to let you out of it in ky? Or do youknow where i can find out bec ause i tryed google?

How fast can you sell house that is quick deeded?
If i quick claim deed an investment house to my son how fast can he resell it? We have a buyer and need to turn it fast so he can buy a house with the cash. There is no mortgage on the property and will sell for $30.000. Does he have to register the deed and wait or can he resell it with another quick claim deed? Also if it is a gift he should not have to show it as an income or should we make a loan contract with him to pay us back?

what is the florida statue for breaking a lease after buying a house?
I lesed a room from a friend and signed a contract. 2 months ater she decieds that its just too much to handle so she asked if we can find some where else to live. I decided to buy a house and she and the other roomate can live together. I got my house within a month ad they could not find anything. now she says that i stil owe her for rent. what should I do I heard there is a Florida statue related to breakinging a lease automatically of purchasing a house. She did not give us anything in writing stating that we were finding another place of residence. do I have a case or should I give her the money?

Should I buy a house in a high risk flood zone?
We live in northern New Jersey, and there is a really nice house I am considering to buy.
it is in a high risk zone A flood zone, and i am having second thoughts about giving an offer.
the house is amazing, however.
we are planning to live there for only 5-10 years, so should we do it?
the land is perfectly flat on a .87 acre lot.
there is no basement, but it is a split.

Should I buy house at Pincourt city in Montreal or West island in Montreal?
My budget is about $250000. I can choose new house in Pincourt with good size 1539 sf or 25-35 years old house in West island with around 1300 sf size. From Pincourt to Pointe-Claire just needs 20-25 mins. My husband works at Pointe-Claire. I have a kid just 11 months old. We have to buy a house but we really struggle about where. Do you think Pincourt has the potencial to become second west island? One day Pincourt will well develope? Become a convience city like Pointe-Claire or Pierrefonds?

How do you buy a house that’s in a living trust?
Parents have house in living trust; the selling price is to be equally divided amongst all siblings. One sibling wants to buy house now (while parents are still alive). Can this be done without changing the trust? Can the sibling purchase the house and then have its selling price split between the remaining siblings not to include himself? Parents are not interested in changing living trust as they are too old to want to mess with legal stuff, but are all for one sibling purchasing home now.

How do I buy a house in a decent part of the south bay with 0%down and not perfect credit?
