Okay, so I’m in the seventh grade. So for any of you who are older and are going to say that my social life and popularity is getting to my head blah blah blah and all of that, writing a comment would be wasting 10 seconds of your life and would only increase you chances of arthritis and carpel tunnel. Don’t bother.

Anyways, where was I? Ok, I go to a kind of school where I would say my friends and I are the girls you want to be like. But we’re not that kind of type that I thought we were. You know the type where we’re snobby and mean and FAKE. But I guess I was wrong.

Recently there was this girl from another school that I became friends with. She was so much like my type of friend that if she went to my school, she would no doubt be in my group. I just had to introduce her to my friends. So I did. Yeah, worst mistake I could socially make. Ever. She’s taken advantage of me to get to my friends and take my place. None of my friends invite me to anything, to my face they say that they’ve just been busy and that nothing’s wrong between us, but it’s this girl from the other school that I told you about who is being mean. She’s just sneaky about it. It’s ridiculous! I want this to stop and I want my friends back! Luckily, she’s moving in 8 days but will come back to visit frequently as she’s keeping her house here as a vacation home rather than selling it. Yay me.

Try me. I’ve tried to settle this out with her. She flat out ignores my im’s, texts, phone calls, you name it. When I try to talk to her in person about it, she denies everything claiming that she never received any of my messages or using the excuse, “I never have my phone with me”, or, “it’s been lost forever! Just found it.” Then she’ll be nice, and then be rude the next day by not inviting me to her going away party, but invites all of MY friends when I was her friend in the first place.

Sorry it’s a novel. But how do I win my friends back? How do I get back on top?

I’m selling a property and the Solicitor seems to be taking a merry time over getting the legal work finished. I understand that he in turn has to wait on others but I have been phoning him week in week out for two months or more now when I was originally told that because it was only a small property it wouldn’t take long and the buyer was very keen to complete.

Every time I phone the Solicitor seems to have a ready (and new) excuse, yet I asked him if it was likely to be this side of Christmas as I was having to find a place to rent in the short term. If I’d rented when he’d intemated then I would have paid two months rent so far for nothing, while the sale property lay empty!

It’s got to a rediculous stage where I feel guilty for bothering him!

Having sold only one other property before this behaviour seems to be nothing but typical, but does anyone know what I can say to motivate him as my pleas don’t seem to have any concern at all?
