instead of the name of the man (owner) i’ve been in contact with it says that the property is owned by LASALLE BANK NA TRUSTEE of Chicago, IL. The house is in Houston. Is this anything I should be worried about?

I just bought a house in Houston. I want to lease it out , I am looking for a good property managment company. Can I trust the property manager to tell me a fair rent to ask for?

Property Manager might tell me to ask for less rent so that he could easily rent it out !!

Is it a good idea to lease it to a real estate agent? He will be more picky about the property and will complain more because he knows the system and will try to exploit it.
