I need to lease a 4bd., 2 ba., house in the Allen, Plano, Richardson, Tx area. My husband and I have bad credit, but good stable income. Does anyone know of a house avaliable that doesn’t require a credit check? If so, please send me a reply.
I currently live in Dallas, Texas and am thinking about moving to Austin in August. I have been perusing the internet lately looking at houses for lease. Am I looking too early? Am I just wasting my time looking for places 3 months in advance? Or am I too late? How early should I be looking and when is a good time to speak to someone about certain places, is there a too early date? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I’m leasing a house in PA and want to get out of it due to issues with room mates. I was thinking I could just find somone else to fill the paper work out just like i did and replace me as the person paying the rent. not subletting but actually replacing me. one of my room mates said thats not possible and i have to finish the lease agreement before i can move out. i really need to get out of this lease, can anyone help?

What would you recommend? They advised me to look into leasing with the possibility of owning which would be by using part of the money for the rent to pay for the house for a certain period of time. Now, it will be useful to find a place or website where no realtors but owners are involved that offer this option. If you know of anything please let me know. I live in Florida. My uncle, brother, and sister are trying to evict me from the house because I wont be able to pay my rent because I just lost my job. I have a lease, and I’m on the deed as an owner. What remedies do they have, and does the lease get trumped by state law?
If they sell it do we have to move before our lease is up, do they have to pay for our move, if they forclose what will happen to us then?
Im getting a shore house and paying the realtor 500$ as the down payment so we can have the house. Is this when I sign the lease? I would think so because I am paying him and there needs to be some kind of proof of when he received the money. (im paying by check too)

For the past 6 months I have been on a perfect house search (and for the owner to finance me). Things fell through w/2 of my favorite houses (leins and water damage etc). Tonight I found a guy that buys houses in foreclosures and resells them on a 24-36 month lease, although he calls it Rent-to-own. My max. budget is 30k. My father will be making the down payment and I am to make the monthly payments til it’s paid off. Since I’ve started college I take out loans to pay my bills and figure why pay rent when the same amount could be going into a house.
What should I have in the contract to protect me and him? After the inspection and appraisal of course.
I also have 2 roommates that pay $400 month where we live now. They will be paying the same when things are closed on the house.
I failed to mention that I would have to have my lawyer look at it, as well as both of my parents… an uncle that was in this business and of course my roommates. I really can’t afford to get screwed w/this.
