I am new to US, but I got a house to rent and now need to sign the lease,have no idea, what should I have to write to protect myself or is there any sample I can just copy? appreciated.

I bought a house a few months back and i rented it out. I have a lease agreement on the house and the people are always late, so I ready to give them the boot and move in. The only thing is, my now ex boyfriend, put his name and my name on the lease. Since he is not on the bank note do this make this contract legal??? What can i do?? I have already sent the people living in the house a 3 day notice to vacate.

Do you need to have good credit to sign house rental lease?

My room mate and i rent a house and we found out that the house isn’t mortgaged as rental property, it’s just listed as our LL being the primary dweller of the residence. From what I’ve gathered by different sites and info, is that a person with a mortgage has to go to their lender and get a consent to lease before they can rent out their house? if this is correct is the lease we signed even legally binding?

i don’t want to be cheap but the Four Seasons prices are too high! i can do a resort or a house rental, but i really would like it to be someplace decent. send a link to the property if you have a good recommendation. thanks!
