    I rent a 1br in Brooklyn. it is my first time dealing with brokers in Brooklyn. I got approval from property management for 1br today. they want me to sign the lease on this coming Monday. I ask to meet with owner in person when I sign lease. They told me the owner is not able to show up. I am wondering if I should sign the lease without owner’s name on the lease. Is there anything I should be cautious when I sign my lease? Is there anybody out there who have similar experience? Your opinion will be helpful to me.

    Hi All -

    Need help answering this question.

    If you have a rental lease for a property in California and the Co-Signer lives in Texas (notary needed) does the notary need to notarize the full lease or is the Co-Signer Agreement enough? Also why would a notary require that there is a notary line to sign on the lease?

    so i signed up to this site called zingow.com and they send me a list of properties(most are foreclosed) around the area im looking for. im not really very good with real estate and do not fully understand everything, what do you guys think should i do? i asked for properties with in my price range, but im not sure if thats just for leasing. and the property profile they sent me doesnt really have any monthly prices and owner contact info?? should i contact the bank the bank instead??…hope i make sense thanks so much
    i got the site from my mom and i thought it would make things easier, but still needs to get myself involve unfortunately.

    I am going to review the terms of a lease on rental property sometime soon. I have already asked some basic questions and everything. What are some things I should ask before I sign the lease?
    I am going to read the entire lease before I sign it. Who know, I might not like all of the terms and not even bother. But if it is just a basic lease, what are some additional things I should ask? I just want to make sure I cover everything.
