I’m leasing a house in PA and want to get out of it due to issues with room mates. I was thinking I could just find somone else to fill the paper work out just like i did and replace me as the person paying the rent. not subletting but actually replacing me. one of my room mates said thats not possible and i have to finish the lease agreement before i can move out. i really need to get out of this lease, can anyone help?

Mold has been found in a house I am leasing. When I first moved in, I noticed a leak in the garage. I have informed the leasing agency of this leak multiple times, and nothing has been done. Is this a legal excuse for early lease termination? If so, should I be able to get my deposit back? Thanks in advance for your advice.

so i signed up to this site called zingow.com and they send me a list of properties(most are foreclosed) around the area im looking for. im not really very good with real estate and do not fully understand everything, what do you guys think should i do? i asked for properties with in my price range, but im not sure if thats just for leasing. and the property profile they sent me doesnt really have any monthly prices and owner contact info?? should i contact the bank the bank instead??…hope i make sense thanks so much

a friend of mine has been leasing a buisness space in a minimall for about ten years now, its a laundromat. the owner of the space has just given her 1 week to get out. he wants to sell the minimall property and says that it would be difficult with the laudromat there. is this legal, shouldn’t she get more time to move out?

confused about the asking of leasing does it mean you have to pay 100k upfront or do you pay it over the term of the lease?

Am I obligated to pay rent on a house I am leasing in CA if the house is currently in foreclosure and going on the auction block next month? I’m told conflicting information. I’ve heard I’m bound to the lease I signed and other people tell me that in the state of CA the lease is void if the house is in foreclosure. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Hi all, I’m looking into leasing a commercial property and i’m a new business. I want to try and get the best deal possible and wondered what the industry standard is for negotiating? I’ve been informed that I should ask for a rent free period, and also as i’m a new business i should also ask for either a rolling 6 month contract or a get out clause after 12 months with a min 1 month notice. – Any help or advice you can give me will really help, I’ve viewed the properties but want to know how to procede on making an offer as i know they should be grateful of someone taking the shop on at the moment! cheers
