ive been looking around for descent music lessons.
(private singing lessons).
and the minimum i would have to go is an hour and 10min away.

dont get me wrong i would do it in a heart beat.
but my parents are strange, they think going somewhere thats 20min away is an eternity in the car.

and on top of that they dont let me go out my life is school, home, and church. and right now im out for summer vacation. and no my church does not have a choir, and trust me the pastors wouldn’t start one.

im going to call to ask for the cost in a while, but my parents are also kinda cheap they think anything that cost more than $5.00 is expensive.

im 16, so im trying to get a job, so i would be able to pay. i asked my mom but she avoided the question, like she always does when she thinks something is not a good idea. i guess i’ll ask my dad when he gets home, but im pretty sure his answer will be the same.

ive wanted to be a musician since i was 5. ilove music and ive finally deiced to get up and try instead of feeling defeated because i have no support.

my questions are:
how much do private signing lesson cost?
how long did it take you (or someone you know) to become good?
are youtube singing lessons good?
do you think its too late for me to start lessons?
and do you think their might be anyway to convince my parents to let me do this?
(yeahh their kinda impossible, they think that anyone who isnt them is inferior, and ignorant)

My father is decased and my mom is aged – I have sisters & brothers and want to sell my interest in 4 parcles of land in Texas NOW. I know that this is legal in the State of Texas but how do I go about actually selling the property?

I have posted before about a 4 day vacation with my Mom. Well she has decided we should go to Mexico. We will be in Play Del Carman.

I want to get great things to bring home. What are the best things to buy? I plan to buy some tequila but would like some other ideas.

my mom has told me that i will be inheriting a house that she owns that currently sits empty. however she has decided to rent this house out now to an elderly woman for a very very low rental price. what concerns me is that the lease agreement they signed states thet the tenant shall remain in this lease agreement until she no longer wishes to. in other words, she is to live there until she dies and that could be years and years! when i inherit the property what changes can i legally make as the new owner? I live in a different state and this sounds like it will be quite a hassle for me to deal with.

I am 14 years old. My parents are divorced. For my 11th birthday my dad bought me a puppy. I named him Stanley. When my dad bought stanley, they told him that Stanley was a chihuahua. Stanley is not a Chihuahua. He turned out to be a Jack russel. My mom hates Jack Russel’s. I live with my mom.

I am a teenager, and I go to school, so when I come home, all my attention goes to my puppy. But I also have a social life, so instead of going to friends house, they come to mine.

My mother also has another dog who’s name is Fred. Fred is her baby. As in… the world will explode in about 10 years when my mother finds her dog has passed away. She loves Fred more than me it seems.

So when Fred does something bad like tip over the trash can, or pee on the floor, Stanley gets blamed. Don’t get me wrong. Stan has his share of trouble, that he does on his own. But when I tell my mom this she simply says that Fred learns it from Stanley.

When I lived with my dad, we were training him, took him to dog school, and everything. Now that I live with my mother, she dropped the training thing, and so Stanley is most likely confused.

She wants to sell him. To a better home. With kids that can entertain him, and play with him. I do these things. a lot. but apperantly not enough. She says to sell him on Craigslist for 150 dollars, and I get to keep it. Maybe I could get a pet that isnt as hard to take care of. She asks about getting a older ferret thats already trained, and i can play and take care of. I love ferrets too, but would I give up Stanley for a Ferret??? At first I think NO WAY! then i start to look up ferrets in the area. then i look at him sleeping on my arm, and i choose no. But what happens when I’m at my dads apartment, and summer camp, and Vacation all summer? What happens to Stanley. What happens to the three jobs my mom works to support me and both the dogs plus carpet fees? I dont know. I really dont. What happens when I’m in college? should i stop being so selfish and let stanley have a home that he deserves? With people who will love him 24/7? or is that just stupid of me to say about the dog that I absolutly love and have loved for 3 1/2 years? should i replace him with a ferret? I already have a lot of info on them. I always wanted one, and would become obsessed over studying them, and proving to my parents that i want one. I went to the store to get one i was 9. I thought it would bite me. so 2 years later i got a dog.

my dad can not take care of him. at least he can not take care of him while im note there. for 1. he lives across the country. 2. he works 9 hours a day. 3. he lives in an apartment complex, no dogs allowed. 4. I NEED HELP!!!

I cant give him back to the seller. It’s been three years! And i dont even know who they are. It was a surprise gift.

I read houses are cheap in Houston but be ready to pay high propterty taxes from the answer/yahoo. here an ideal I am single no children and my mother would buy the house and rent the house to me. it probably not going ot make much difference than San Francisco, California high sky rocket prices on homes are crazy. My mom currently renting a condo to me in Concord, California. payment total $1,800 $1000 a month on house payment, $250 a month home ownder insurances and taxes and $300 HOA maintence fee for living in the condo and we were force to $20,000 for a new roof on our condon and that we are paying $300 a month but luckly no interest charge because my grandma paid for it. but this time i want a house no a condo. thank you for your help Matt
