I really need to sell my house fast. Ideally I’d like a private sale but I’m not sure how to advertise/promote my property so people will see it?

I went on vacation to Florida with my friend and his family one year. His aunt from back home called, because she was driving by their house and saw that people were in their house. A few minutes later, my friends mom came into the place we were staying yelling Riiiiiiichiiiiiiiieee!!! Her and my friends brother Richie started screaming at each other. All we could hear was yelling and banging from upstairs. Turns out, my friends brother sold the keys to his house to his friends for the week. $100 up front, and $100 when he got back.

I bought a house a few months back and i rented it out. I have a lease agreement on the house and the people are always late, so I ready to give them the boot and move in. The only thing is, my now ex boyfriend, put his name and my name on the lease. Since he is not on the bank note do this make this contract legal??? What can i do?? I have already sent the people living in the house a 3 day notice to vacate.

My house is listed in a real estate agent’s paper saying it’s for lease. He says it is to get people to call, then he’ll say it’s no longer available, but he has others. My neighbors think I’m moving now!

i agreed to leave everything if said person would pay off all debts handshake (i know stupid) to other investors (friends). Now have been told he wont pay. Can I quit claim the properties to the people owed money and get them to record the quit claims in their names before said person records their deed. At least the investors could get their money back in property.

said rip off artist also quit claimed me a piece for x amount which i agreed not to record but i still have it. the excise tax affidavit isn’t signed by him does that matter. Can i turn that quit claim in. Pay the taxes and record it. Then sell the property for whats owed to the investor (friends). so they could get their money back plus they would make some money for all their troubles..

What price range do people usually buy houses at? 3-4 times the income?

I found an attorney that aquires property from people not paying their property taxes. then he buys them and re-sales and gives a owners title policy. i want to do that but skip having the $20k mark up in price nor the attorney fee. How can i do this? i have found online sites but they are free trail and i those things always end up being a waste of time.

I live in Denver and I’m thinking about renting my place during the DNC. However, I looked on Craigslist and there appears to be a ton of people with the same idea, hence a lot of supply. Has anyone had any success renting their place? If yes, where do you live and how much did you list it for?

Back east where I am from houses minimally sell for over 450 thousand dollars, years ago housing was cheaper a woman could stay home and live comfortably. But it is next to impossible to afford a home without going into debt, The american dream was to own a home, have a car to drive, be successful, go on vacation and now everything is so sky high and expensive the cost of living is going up again because of gas prices and the salaries people making are not increasing.
Do you think the american dream has become a nightmare?

Ok, here’s the situation. My fiance and I are looking to buy a house that is up for deliquent taxes. The only problem is there are people living in the house. I was told all we have to do when we buy the house is give them 30 days to move out. After that the house is ours. Is this true? Anyone have experience with this? Thanks

We were going to form an LLC and buy it through there but someone told me that an LLC cannot buy property, and that one of the 3 people would have to buy it. Is that true? Can you then transfer the property into the LLC? Would you want to do this? How is this taxed? What is the best way to go about this?
