We are looking for to buy a house and .
There are so many agents and websites and prices listed.
Do we need to go through a real estate agent only?
Is there any Government agency which can help us find a cheap deal or should we contact banks if they have foreclosure properties.
Please guide us,we are confused on how to find a cheap deal.
Me and my husband are wanting to purchase a home, but dont know anything about this, where is the best place to borrow. Can you buy a house thru a morgage company?would it be cheaper? or thru a real estate agent? or thru the owner of the house. What about deeds, abstracts, etc. Where can I find info about all that comes with and understanding buying a house. Need help..Never done this before, and I dont want to get screwed or set up into something that Im not sure about.
My house is listed in a real estate agent’s paper saying it’s for lease. He says it is to get people to call, then he’ll say it’s no longer available, but he has others. My neighbors think I’m moving now!
Without hiring a real estate agent? Any suggestions would GREATLY be appreciated!
My grandma just died and has about 3.5 acres on a very busy road in a small town just outside of Houston, Tx. My mom has so many bills to pay and really needs to get this property off her hands. Her estate is right on a main road where there are about 7 churches, one HUGE 5-A high school, an elementary school, a grocery store, a sonic is just going in, a few banks, a post office, a gas station, and other banks and small businesses.
Her house is right smack dab in the middle of all these businesses and the town is growing. Her property backs up to two roads…
****Has anyone ever heard of a person contacting different (major) businesses and giving them info on their property to sell it? (fast-food, gas station, restaurant, Walgreen’s…)??
I purchased my 1bdrm condo in Atlanta less than two years ago and feel I will be lucky to sell it now at my purchase price. We must move in August. I don’t want to loose money, and I fear I might once agent commission gets factored in. Also, in theory, selling w/o an agent would allow me to drop the price to move the property faster. Is it feasible that I could sell my condo myself in less than 8 months, given the current market? Or, since I must sell by August, is it wiser to get an agent’s help Now? What exactly will an agent do for me that I could not do myself?
One of the potential applicant for leasing my house in Houston is a real estate agent.
Is it a good idea to lease it to a real estate agent? He will be more picky about the property and will complain more because he knows the system and will try to exploit it.
What is your opinion?
