I am trying to rent out my house and i was wondering if anyone has ever used a property manager and if its worth it or better to take care of it yourself.
My friends and I from university are thinking of renting a place together and we can’t decide if we should rent a whole house (with a garden) or just a flat in a block of flats.
I am looking to rent a house and an estate agent asked for a £350 fee on top of one months rent and one months deposit here in London.
I answered an advertisement that an individual agent within a company had posted on gumtree.
It was Blackhorse estates in East London.
two families with bad credit want to rent my house, one is american, white, another one is from south america,no credit, both can submit
last two years good apt. renting record, whether I lease to them or not?
My room mate and i rent a house and we found out that the house isn’t mortgaged as rental property, it’s just listed as our LL being the primary dweller of the residence. From what I’ve gathered by different sites and info, is that a person with a mortgage has to go to their lender and get a consent to lease before they can rent out their house? if this is correct is the lease we signed even legally binding?
If I use a property management company to rent my house out and the tenant decides to sue, is s/he going to sue the property management company or me? The lease would be between the tenant and the property management company. Please provide any research resources in your answer.
THANKS!!!
I’m about to sign a lease to rent a house. the guy originally wanted a 12 month lease from May-May but now that it’s almost halfway through May, do I get an 11 month lease?
I want to buy a property in the metro area of Detroit, Michigan to rent it out.
Houses and condos sell for less than $10,000.
Houses are bigger, need more maintenance from my side, and there is less surveilance.
Condos are smaller, need less maintenance from my side but they have association fees.
So what is better?
I’m 17, and i want to rent a small house in norwich. I’ll be living with my boyfriend who will be 18 in the summer.

I am trying to rent a property near my college with some other friends. I am anxious to see whether or not the landlord has accepted our applications and chosen us as his new tenants (there’s lots of competition in my small college town). Should I call the homeowners back in a day or so? Or would this make a back impression and possibly hurt my chances? Should I wait for them to call me?
I am a first time renter.
