Specifically, what if I take an owner occupant mortgage out and then rent the property to a tenant?

Foreclosure I have 1 one that has been foreclosed, i had been collecting rent from this property for 1 year ?

I did not pay the mortgage on this property, and part of the rent money came from section 8 social services ,I do have another house worth 250,000 which I live in and I am current on this. What will happen to my house that is in good standings will I be responsible for the house that was foreclosed that house had a loan of 250,000.

I have heard multiple opinions on this question, some refer to it as skimming others have said it is legal only if the property is not the primary residence of the home owner.

Can someone teach me how to convince the landlord to rent a commercial property to me?

I am interested in a commercial property which is currently leased by someone. I plan to take over it due to a business and there is no bad intention on my part. Heard that this tenant can’t pay his rental. I have approached the management about renting a small space from it. They told me to speak to the tenant which I did. He rejected me. Can anyone give me some idea on how to convince the management that I would be a potential tenant and may help the tenant to ease his burden.

Loan as owner occupied but want to rent out my property?

I realized my loan was applied as owner occupied. Is there anyway I can rent out my property legally? If I just rent my property out, will my lender know it and give me a big trouble?
My lender replied me as the following(parts)

‘we could have processed your
loan as an “investment property”….which carries a higher rate. At this point…it would be prudent to wait at least 6 months before you
rent the condo out.’
I’m in Illinois and my lender is in Texas.
