I’ve had my property in the market for a month or so (in miramar, florida) and no offers. I’m even offering at a price less than what I owe and the market is valuing my property $30k more than what I owe. It’s a nice house, not a run down property. I’m curious to start asking company like Homevestor, etc to come take a look and just make an offer….what do you guys think? any other suggestions
I really need to sell my house fast. Ideally I’d like a private sale but I’m not sure how to advertise/promote my property so people will see it?

I am in the military service, bought a new home and I have to move to another base. I dont want to sell my house and I would like to rent it. But I need more info on real estate agencies if they provide these kind of services or not.

My husband owns 1/2 and his brother and sister-in-law own 1/2 a house together (their dad’s house – inherited). The problem is my husband and his brother can’t agree on a selling price, and his brother refused my husband’s offer to buy his half out. His brother wants to sell the house fast for a low price (yet refused my husband’s offer of what he would end up with, if he got the price he wants minus the realtor’s cut) and my husband (if he isn’t allowed to buy his brother out for what we can afford) would like to sell it for a higher price, even if that means we have to hold onto it longer. The price my husband set it at is still considerably less than the value it was appraised at before property values fell. His brother chose the realtor, who hasn’t been officially hired yet. The realtor feels that my husband’s price is the most they can get for it, but what he doesn’t know is that my husband will refuse any offer lower than that.
His brother is a controller and wants to make all the decisions, yet my husband is the executor.

It doesn’t make sense that his brother wants to sell the house fast and cheap, but yet would not even entertain the idea of selling his half to my husband. The price my husband offered was in keeping with the price his brother would get if it sold for the price he wants. Any money over that would go to pay the realtor’s commission.
I wish there was some King Solomon who could make a decision that would be right and fair. His brother is all about the money and my husband is all about hanging onto something that is important to him.

I bought a house with my friend a few years ago and we agreed that we’ll sell it this August. He has changed his mind now and doesnt want to sell it anymore. Is there anything I could do? I cant really afford to buy him out.
What all is involved, how fast does the processs take. Also can you slow the process down, in order to sell my house that I am currently in…if not how can I slow it down if they accept my bid. Do you recommend getting the loan through the VA…as a Vendee. I am not a veteran, but somehow I have the option to get a VA loan, is this a good thing? Pros and Cons to this whole thing: buying a foreclosed VA home, and financing throught the VA. What would you recommend, also other suggestions. Also this house has some damage (garage door, half finish room additons, termite, and bath room water damage. ..and they are selling it as is…but it is not too bad of damage and it is in a very nice neighborhood.

Is there a website for people looking to buy properties for rental income? I am tired of being a landlord. I have a 3 bedroom house with tenants already in there, I just want to sell the house to someone who would like to take it over as a landlord. We are trying to sell our house and there is someone VERY interested in it. They are trying to get approved for a loan, but are not sure if they will be approved. The realtor asked us if we would be willing to do a lease purchase. I’m not sure what this would involve or if it would be a good idea. Will this affect our credit when trying to buy a new house? And what are some of the risks involved?

I heard a short sale in when you can pay or can sell your house for the amount you bought it for… For example I bought my house for $235k and now it cost between $170k to $190k, so it is upside downs for around $60k. I heard that I can hire a realtor he will sell it for a less amount and the rest the bank will “eat it”. But I have to wait certain years to buy another house again. How many years do I have to wait to buy again?
I have not been able to rent or sell my house and had to do repairs, they cut the air conditioning power lines, ruptured my sprinklers and the landscaping is dead. Can I sue in small claims for the cost of lost rent and repairs? They are also claiming bankruptcy, what happens now? My property is in California.

My husabnd and I own a house together. I have a court order granting me sole use and possession. There is a court order to sell our home. The house is no longer on the market because he refuses to sign with a new agent due to the fact that no agent will list our home at the price which we were court ordered to list it at. I cannot afford the mortgage payments and must sell the house. I tried to reach my attorney but he is on vacation for a week. I need to get the home back on the market so that I am not in contempt and so that I can sell the home.
There was no quitclaim because equity is in dispute.
