Unless your lease says otherwise, no.

Yes. But expect to pay the duration of your lease.
Unless your job relocates you at their expense then unless the landlord is really nice and cuts you a break, then you are on the hook for the lease.

You made a agreement to live there for a certain time period at a given amount. It would be like the owner decides to raise your rent after you sign a lease. He/she can’t because you made an agreement. Unless there is a clause that terminates your contract if a job move is inevitable then you are bound by those terms.

You have to double check your original lease agreement. Usually the answer is “NO”. But if your landlord nice and understand, you may get out of the lease and loss your security deposit.
Good luck to your new job…………

lease is generally based on legal aspects like clause/ contract / agreement so u must have paid the token advance money as deposit and may u have to forget or u may ask to owner if he/she have list of potential client for that house then may not have the big question to both party otherwise you may go for negotiate for lumsum settlement to take release from contract.

it depend or what your lease says some make you pay the rest of your time that you was suppose to be there or untill that fill your unti back up. but anything is possible if you talk to them they are human just like you and they can easy rip up your lease and say have a nice day. that would only happen if they are nice and have somebody waiting to move in.

No. You must negotiate the early termination of your lease. Be prepared to pay a penalty. Ask your personnel office if they will help out.

Sure you can. READ your lease. There will be penalties you have to pay for breaking your lease. Subletting may be an option–finding a tenant to take over your lease.
If you have been in the place More than a year, have paid the rent on time, been a good tenant, are giving 2 months notice, you may be able to negotiate something with the LL other than the penalties set out in your lease.

Only if that proviso is in your lease. Otherwise, your relocation issue is not one of the landlord’s. Your lease is legal and binding until expiry.
