For owner financing – check the newspaper and there is a website that help owner to sale their property-google homes-owner fincaced .

There are lots of online services including Rentals.com, Craigs list (but watch for spam) or Rentclicks that offer house rental searches that are free to the user. I have had good luck with all 3 over the last 7 years. Craig’s list used to be the very best but they do get hit with a lot of spam these days. You can also go to the area of town where you want to live and start looking for a broker in that area. Local people know best!
