how can you get out of a house lease?
I’m leasing a house in PA and want to get out of it due to issues with room mates. I was thinking I could just find somone else to fill the paper work out just like i did and replace me as the person paying the rent. not subletting but actually replacing me. one of my room mates said thats not possible and i have to finish the lease agreement before i can move out. i really need to get out of this lease, can anyone help?

The contract has to be fulfilled, unless the landlord allows you out. I think the best you can do is to find a highly responsible sub and hope there are no problems for the length of the lease.

The best you can do is to find someone to sub lease the rest of your lease, be very selective in who you choose, and make sure they are able to pay their share of the rent otherwise it will fall back on you. Best Wishes!

The lease must be fulfilled. Check the terms to insure that subletting is allowed. (I do not allow it in my leases). If subletting is allowed, go ahead and do so as soon as possible.
