how do I lease my house?
My house has been on the market for some time and looking to lease it? I found a lease agreement on-line I can use but know what else i need to do to protect myself and the lessee. Any thoughts, information or palce I can go to?

Be very cautious of online ‘one form covers all’ leases. You nedd to have a lease designed with the rental statutes of your state and area covered. There is no one single lease which covers all in the United States.
You might check with your realtor, if you have one, for a good quality sample lease.
