How do you evict someone when there’s no lease agreement and he’s not on the title to the property?

lease property

I have a parent that is in a bad position just left a horrible relationship and now he’s moved his family and 7 dogs into the property…just not sure if we have to do a 30 day eviction notice or just call the sheriffs office and have them handle it? She’s no longer in that state now.

    NOT enough info
    Whose parent?
Did parent have permission to move into property?
Did owner of property accept rent from this parent?
Who’s not in that state now?

If no lease, no permission, then they are squatting, trespassing and you can call police or sheriff.

Not sure exactly what you are trying to say here. If you are trying to evict someone, you really need a valid reason, like they don’t pay rent.
If there is no lease, then the right thing to do is give them a 30 day written notice, even though I don’t think you have to give them that long, but 30 days would give them plenty of time. Then, after the 30 days, if they weren’t out, then you could call the sheriff, or even change the locks on the doors, and bar them from getting in.

Tell them to get out. No lease = no permission to live there. It’s like me walking up to will smith’s house and live there the rest of my life
