I have heard many realtors are giving up this professional because of the market slowing down. I would probably say go with someone else. Im sure there are plenty of excellent folks out there, that are more steady. I am not discriminating but it can be very hard to get a renter out. And costly at that. Especiallly when they are fighting against you in court. Good luck :] *

I dont know if you use a property management company or not but it might be a good idea to check those two things thorougly (income & credit) maybe even verify employment. The market is tough right now, I know a lot of agents that are losing their homes. You dont wanna get stuck with someone that is going to miss their payments because their escrow hasnt closed.
