******Hi I just wanted to let you know I closed my account located up above, This is my new active account just in case you choose me for best answer****Crosses fingers****

Its all about their credit.......I would choose the candidate with the best credit.......and steady work environment....no pets etc. Yes they will know the system and will put pressure on you for basic items that may need fixing...when a simple tool will do the trick. I have heard many realtors are giving up this professional because of the market slowing down. I would probably say go with someone else. Im sure there are plenty of excellent folks out there, that are more steady. I am not discriminating but it can be very hard to get a renter out. And costly at that. Especiallly when they are fighting against you in court. Good luck :]

um, you cant discriminate against someone because of their profession. as longs they have good credit and make the income you should give them a chance. I dont know if you use a property management company or not but it might be a good idea to check those two things thorougly (income & credit) maybe even verify employment. The market is tough right now, I know a lot of agents that are losing their homes. You dont wanna get stuck with someone that is going to miss their payments because their escrow hasnt closed.
Just my thoughts.
