You will never find the law because no such law exists. Buying a home is not a legal reason to break your lease.

Unless that is explicitly written in your lease then there is no law that lets you out of your contract/lease that lets you get out of it if you buy a house.

No there is no law like that. You have a valid contract and if you break it your are liable to the penalties spelled out in the lease. Your only option is to speak with the landlord and see if they will let you out of the lease or allow you to sublet the apartment.

No such law. Have you ever heard of subletting or sublease?

no that is not the case. when you sign a lease that is a contract you must fulfill. You cannot change your mind for any reason.

I hope you have a nice tidy little sum of money in the bank, because to break lease now you won’t get deposit back and you will still be responsible for remainder of the lease. Also damages and cleaning that needs to be done.
You should have told rental agent or land lord you wanted to buy a house, then it could have been put in to a 6 month lease and month to month after that.
There are no laws saying the have to let you out of the lease.
Sorry

No such law–the Lease still prevails—Talk to the Landlord and perhaps a settlement can be reached—the upper hand is his not yours in this matter..
