Leasing residential property to corporates?
I would like to lease 2 adjascent 2BHK flats at Thane, a eastern suburb of Mumbai, to a reputed company for lease. what is the best way to go about it?

Get a standard Lease Agreement (if available from the Corporate’s Legal department itself),based on the term of lease,Hire a lawyer to amend whatever you need to specifically append to the lease agreements per your understanding,negotiation and mutual consensus. Signed mutually the lease agreement is a valid evidence in a Court of law.

Maybe a home exchange or an ad or if you know what companies do that you can e-mail the company with pictures and information if they are in your area.
