find a letting agency and let them advertise it on line for you, they will charge a fee, but will do all the necessary paperwork. Remember you will have to have it licensed as a rental property, and ahve to pay tax on the rentals you get, also remember that thjere are thousnads of rental properties in the area you are talking about, so DON’T rely on it making any money after you have covered the costs of the mortgage (if any). I live in the area, and there are plenty of empty properties around here even at the height of summer.

The costa is awash with places to rent, I know, I live here!

Google ‘Costa Blanca rental property’, and that will list agents that you could try to approach

I would suggest you approach local letting agents and advertize it yourself in the local newspaper, but when you advertize it say ” Direct from owner” no agents fees, and you will get a better response. But if you are not in Spain you will need some body to clean it before change overs
Also make sure that you are happy with the rental agreement itself. It’s better to have one drawn up properly ( make sure you read the small print)
You could also advertize in the Uk
Or in local factory notice boards, if you know any body who works in a supermarket get them to put it on their notice board.

Try They let you place adverts for free. My place has been on their 18 months and they’ve not charged me a penny.
