Gite complex in france generating £35k a year in rent, property valued at £500k how should I best sell them?
My 4 gite complex is very popular, generating steady income, has minimal running costs and takes very little work to run (changing sheets at weekend in the summer), and comes with a fantastic house to live in with pool. It would be ideal business for a retired couple to live in and run, its near an airport an hours flight from the UK they could sell their house in the UK and with the money be earning rental income which would fund a great lifestyle. What do you think is the best way of selling this and how much do you think it is worth?

It’s worth whatever you think it’s worth! Sell it through Ebay auction (and don’t say I told you but, apparently, some people get their mates to bid in an attempt to raise its value)…shocking I know
