my brother lives on my mothers property pays no rent. does she have to serve papers to get him off?

my brother is living in a trailer on my mothers property, pays no rent. my mother owns the trailer,she wants him off the property,does she have to serve him some kind of papers?

    the best way is to serve him a TRO, (temporary restraining order)law enforcement will then remove said deadbeat

    Yes, you need to serve him. For about $300, you can have an attorney do it, or you can do it yourself. Go down to the court house and file a rent/posession case. He will be served then have his day in court. The judge will rule in your mom’s favor and out he goes.
    If you try to get a restraining order, you may not get it and it will delay things even more.

    She will have to evict him. There is no exception for mooching adult children.
