Rent private property for billboard advertisement?
My Mother owns some land near a major highway. She wants to rent her land to a company/person to put up a billboard. We have no idea how to go about doing this at all. Any suggestions would be appreciated. And we are located in Florida.

First is to check the zoning and find out if billboards are permitted in that location. If they are you need to ask the size limitations.
Then contact billboard companies. Search online or check out other billboards. The company name is right there.
