I have several properties that have a lot of equity, but I need REAL buyers fast. Where online do I post?
I have picked up a bunch of properties that have some seriously sweet LTV’s, and I tried the conventional way of selling, but the buyers that I came across are clowns. I have real properties, little to no rehab, that the buyer can have under market value, in a very hot market. I heard that there are sites out there that attract real buyers with sellers. Please advise.
