Need to sell my house FAST?
I’ve had my property in the market for a month or so (in miramar, florida) and no offers. I’m even offering at a price less than what I owe and the market is valuing my property $30k more than what I owe. It’s a nice house, not a run down property. I’m curious to start asking company like Homevestor, etc to come take a look and just make an offer….what do you guys think? any other suggestions

Unfortunately you are in the same position as thousands of Americans across the nation. My suggestion would be to wait it out..a few months and you will get market value for it.

Any company like that will pay you waaaaay less than even a firesale price. You need to ask your agent what you can do to get the house sold in a hurry. You can drop the price more, spruce the place up, etc. It also depends on how the market is looking in your area. If nobody’s buying, then you may be outta luck for a little while.
