Whats the best way to market my plan to help people sell properties faster & for more cash by seller financing?
I am trying to guide property sellers and realtors to my website:

…and I am looking for a way to make it more streamlined. So that all the common questions or answered and I need an easy and free way to market it.
Do in essence, I am asking, how should I market this? And what can I do better with the website? I was thinking maybe something sleeker, more modern, or maybe better graphics. maybe make the website with flash? I don’t know- I feel like I’m missing something and I really want a good game plan to market it once it has what it’s missing.

remove the credit score requirement
you are not showing what % of the note is paid at closing
or when closing is
or many other things
you are a note broker……but your site does not state that.
that is why you are not getting the traffic you want;
too vague.
I have chattel notes for sale and some commercial real estate
notes too
but with your brokerage site, you are inferring what all
note buyers require. And I have never ever seen a note
buyer needing a credit score; it makes no sense whatever.

I like your idea and it looks like you worked really hard on your website. But… I think you should leave the website design to a professional. There’s way too much information on the first page, I can’t stress that enough. The way it’s presented is confusing. If I were you I would only entice them with just enough information to get them interested and make them want to call you. Everything that’s on there is what I would pitch to them once their in your office. Not to be mean, but it does look kinda cheap. You need a professional to custom design it and only include what they’ll be getting out of your service, not how to do it. It’s worth the money if this is what you’ll be driving your customers to. Also, you should include your office location, it would make you look legit and people wouldn’t think you’re a scam.
As for getting your name out there- who will be your customers? People selling their home. And maybe even people who have investment properties, they might not have even thought about selling their house until they heard about your business. Introduce yourself to FSBO’s and people working with RE agents. Drop fliers if you have to. Get to know as many real estate agents as you can, they’re your network. To sum it up, there are thousands of homes in your area. Out of those thousands of homeowners, there are people who want to sell, people thinking of selling and those who you need to get thinking about selling. There’s no limit, get your company in front of everyone’s eyes.

It looks like you are running a scam to me.
There is no real information about the company, no actual address, no license information, no back ground.
Even your “about us” page tells people absolutely nothing. Personally I would call CAR up this morning, but they are not open yet. It really looks like you are trying to con people and working without proper licensing.
