Best things to buy while in Mexico?
I have posted before about a 4 day vacation with my Mom. Well she has decided we should go to Mexico. We will be in Play Del Carman.
I want to get great things to bring home. What are the best things to buy? I plan to buy some tequila but would like some other ideas.
Things that are so cheap, or are way more to buy them in the states.

Drugs. Not illegal stuff but things that you actually need for health…if you need medication.
I used to go for SPring Break in college, I was happy to buy a taco off a peddler on the beach, eat at a stand & buy a blanket. But I was only 18 too. N

their fake, but they look good, they work, mine still works after a long time, and its stylish,
mine was only $20!

the handcrafts are great.. and if you go in playa del carmen to the quinta avenida (or fifth avenue) there are a lot of local people selling tradicional stuff
playa del carmen its a great place its near to a ecoturistic park called xcaret and xel-ha

When I go to Mexico, I bring back a bottle of vanilla. We don’t have the same quality in the States! Much of it is made in Veracruz.
They have some wonderful handcrafts, including some nice wool blankets. You can use them as padding for some pottery from Delores Hidalgo.

Silver (marked .925 only), hot sauce, vanilla, talavera, pottery, dried chiles, and pounded metal. Things that are cheap….and if you are staying for awhile…..plastic surgery (cheap!), hair laser removal, and teeth whitening. Services that cost a bundle in the States are about 1/4 the price here.

once you get there you wont even know what to get theres so many things that are cheap buy candies and the tequila is a good idea but just don’t get bottles that we have here another good thing to stock up on is medicine penicillin and desinfrioles thats the best
