I am ready for a career change. any suggestions?
I have been in the car business for the last 15 years. I have been a New car sales mgr. a special finance director. and a sales person.
I do not want to go back to school. The last 2years the business has changed so much and the hours are a night mare. But my education is limited and the credit is not very good so I am not sure what I would even qualify for. Any ideas. The reason I do not want to go back to school I need to make at least 3000.00 a month so that means that I need the work but I also want to cut out some of the hours. I have not had a vacation in 7 years. And I have missed out on alot of family time. I thought the real estate mkt but the turn over of selling a home I hear is apx 2 to 3 mo before you get paid. ANY IDEAS?

Don’t go into real estate, my sister in law got into real estate. She went back to her old job. Education is the key to success. I should think about online classes. If u don’t, u should go into stock broker.

Go to the library and get a book called, “What Color is Your Parachute.” I think that will help you find something that you really enjoy. You can also read, “Think and Grow Rich” and that might help, too.

I have a great career I do from home. You would not make $3000 a month instantly, but you could keep your present job and build up to in and then quit as it is easy to work around other schedules. The company is awsome and offers 401k, benefits, full training and support. It was a big change from what I was doing, but they have very good training and I picked it up very quickly. I love my job because I get to raise my children and still support them. I would be happy to share details.
