What should I do? Im so confused?
This girl whom I had quite a bit of history with wanted to go on a trip with me before she flies home next month. The thing is, she’s been keeping me on the edge with really indecisive moments. She’s come out so many reasons like she’s afraid that since we had some sort of history together, she’s not too sure if its a good idea to actually sleep in the same room while we are on vacation (we wanna share cos its cheaper but I’m making sure we are going on 2 separate single bed). She’s also worried if her dad’s gonna allow her to go. (she’s 21 though) Then she also comes out with a whole load of reasons that its a waste of money and stuff if she goes ahead with the trip.
I can see that she doesn’t seem to enthusiastic about going. So naturally, to cut short her dilemma and my whole anxiety about if she’s gonna go or not, I said why don’t we just cancel the trip since there’s so much problems. I told her I’m fine and totally understands if she decides not to go.
But then she would spring back and say that she really wants to go for the vacation.
I don’t get it.
She spends all the time giving reasons to herself why she shouldn’t be going on a trip and yet when I tell her to forget about it totally, she would say otherwise.
What’s her point here? I don’t like to be left in the lurch.

she doesnt know if she wants to go, and she especially doesnt want to let her down. so tell her that you really dont care if you dont go, and see what she says. she should be okay with it.

Heh, sounds like she’s in denial or something. I dont know if you two have ever been together, but it sounds like she’s afraid of falling for you and knows a trip with you might be the thing to do it.
