Which rewards you like better?
#1: Owning a spacious condo overlooking Lake Ontario, getting tons of money for her hard work, owning lots of nice clothes, owning a nice luxury car, owning lots of nice stereo equipment, furniture, getting to go on alot of nice vacations and lots of rock concerts and having a ton of friends
#2: Getting little money for hard work, getting respect from your managers, supervisors and teammates, you meaning alot from your job, being one of the most dependable employees Shopko has ever had, cheap clothes, still living at your parents home, having food on the table and a roof over your head at a cheap clothes to wear and having 2 good quality friends.
I personally like the rewards in the #1 category better cause I like getting treated well for my hard work and I also want to have a ton of friends and I want to be a high class person.
Sadly I get the majority of the rewards in the #2 category and hardly any in the #1 category
I have a friend who has all of the rewards in the #1 category and I sure wish that I can live her lifestyle and get rewarded the same way she does for her hard work and she’s only a few months younger than me.

Ask yourself, how fast does the reward burn? Disappear? is taken away? #1: condo…burns to the ground, clothes, burn up really fast, the car explodes, the stereo melts, the plane crashes. #2 Cheap clothes also burn, at about the same rate as luxurious ones, the roof and table are some one else’s problem, but they burn too. The respect, deep friendship, dependability DO NOT burn. In fact these are the very things that get you through the heartbreak of life. Yea, stuff looks nice, but at the end of the day it’s all empty promises. Try not to let the glitter of those things make you sad; be sad for those who try to find fulfillment in things that could be gone in a instant. Hold firmly to the qualities that truly reward you and you will be a truly high class person. And really enjoy the rare times you get those #1 rewards knowing you’ve got what it takes to rise above material rewards

ask yourself……which is better quality or quantity…it all depends on what YOU want at the end of the day…YOU YOU YOU….only you……
