I’ve heard stories where people get free money to buy house as a first time house buyer and middle class rank…let say the house is worth 500k, with the government’s aid, you would only have to take out a loan for 250k or around there and the government pay the other share for you and you don’t have to pay it back. if you decide to sell the house, then that money you have to pay back, but other than that, the money belong to you if you live there for more than 10 years?
